ABOUT OUR VERMOUTH

In collaboration with Emma Metzler and Dennis Wolf we’ve produced two versions of a high quality vermouth – a red and a white one. Available to purchase here

WHITE VERMOUTH
The base is a blend of Riesling and Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc) from winemaker Dennis Wolf in the Pfalz region. The alcohol is sourced from organic wheat by the Kessler distillery. The well-balanced herbal infusion consists of an intricate interplay of eleven different flavor components, with chamomile, bitter orange peel, and wormwood taking the lead.
WHAT TO DO WITH IT?
Enjoy the vermouth neat or with a splash of soda or tonic, but always over ice!
BOTANICAL BLEND
Wormwood, pine, chamomile, St. John's Wort, jasmine tea, lemon, bitter orange, blueberry, pine lemon, licorice, lemon verbena17.3% ABV0.75 L

RED VERMOUTH
Our red vermouth impresses with a full, complex flavor profile without becoming overly sweet. It tastes intense but remains original without pronounced sweetness. Jonas Brand supplied us with a 220-liter barrel of Dornfelder grapes, and Zero Zero forms the base.
